Application Review
We review dust characteristics, the production process, operating conditions, working hours, site constraints, and relevant safety requirements.
Equipment Selection
A suitable dust collector type and supporting configuration are identified based on the project conditions and filtration requirements.
Technical Proposal
The preliminary proposal may include equipment configuration, major technical parameters, dimensions, drawings, supply scope, and commercial quotation.
Technical Confirmation
Airflow, pressure, materials, filter media, electrical requirements, dimensions, accessories, and supply scope are confirmed before manufacturing.
Manufacturing Coordination
Manufacturing is coordinated with qualified production and technical partners according to the confirmed specifications and agreed project requirements.
Inspection & Documentation
Equipment and project documentation are reviewed against the confirmed requirements before shipment. Third-party inspection can be coordinated when required.
Packing, Shipment & Support
Packing and shipment are coordinated according to the project, followed by technical communication, documentation, spare parts, and after-sales support when needed.
