Six Key Quality Control Stages
Specification Confirmation
Key requirements such as airflow, static pressure, equipment material, filter media, electrical conditions, dimensions, accessories, and supply scope are confirmed before manufacturing.
Material & Component Verification
Major materials and key components are reviewed against the confirmed configuration, including filter elements, valves, fans, motors, electrical components, and supporting equipment.
Manufacturing Follow-Up
Manufacturing requirements, project progress, key configurations, technical questions, and approved changes are coordinated with the relevant production and technical partners.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
Equipment appearance, dimensions, major components, filter configuration, accessories, labels, and other applicable items are reviewed before shipment.
Documentation Review
Technical drawings, equipment specifications, packing lists, component information, and other applicable project documents are reviewed according to the agreed supply scope.
Packing & Shipment Check
Packing condition, loose parts, accessories, shipping marks, vulnerable components, and shipment documentation are checked before the equipment is prepared for dispatch.
